‘Too Much Stress’ is the first single released released today, 27 June 2024, from Steve Cropper and The Midnight Hour’s forthcoming “Friendlytown” album. ‘Too Much Stress’ features Queen’s Brian May on guitar and vocals. The “Friendlytown” album be out everywhere on 23 August and is available to pre-order.

Well, the biggest releases on my radar came courtesy of Steve Cropper, whose long-awaited collaboration with Brian May – written, funnily enough, using May’s rejection email [LINK to Guitar World report] – finally arrived with a lovely unexpected Brian May/Billy Gibbons solo-off.
