In 1980 – Queen platinum award for The Game and gold for ‘Another One Bites The Dust’ USA.
In 1984 – ‘Hammer To Fall (Headbanger’s Mix Edit)’ 7″ single bw ‘Tear It Up’ released by Capitol Records in the USA.
In 1984 – Queen played the Super Bowl, Sun City, Bophuthatswana, S Africa.
In 1987 – Spoof band, Bad News, released their debut album ‘Bad News” produced by Brian May.

‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ was released as a single along with music video created for it, written and directed by Adrian Edmondson, who portrays Vim Fuego in the group. The video was released as a video single by Picture Music International. In 1991 – The Cross played the Astoria, Bremen, Germany.

Born FreeIn 2012 – Brian May and Kerry Ellis were working on “Born Free” in Brian’s Surrey studio, mixing and mastering of the track being finished, as mentioned on SOAPBOX.
In 2013 – Second day of shooting the film production of “Solitary” in Portsmouth jail, Portsmouth. Sarina Potgieter (Taylor) playing a role in the drama, produced by Roger Taylor, who also wrote the soundtrack.
In 2014 – Brian May’s “Poor Man’s Picture Gallery – Death of Chatterton” Exhibition opened at Tate Britain, Millbank, London SW1P 4RG – running until 15 April 2015.

In 2015 – A Press Release announced multi-format “Queen – A Night At The Odeon – Hammersmith 1975” to be released on November 20, 2015, via Virgin EMI. It is available on CD/DVD/SD Blu-ray/CD+DVD/CD+SD Blu-ray/2LP/Super Deluxe Box Set/Digital. 
In 2015 – Brian May and Anita Dobson visited the musical “Memphis The Musical” at Shaftesbury Theatre, London.

In 2015 – Brian May had donated a signed pair of his trainers to the “Small Steps Project” charity auction, having worn these shoes at the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games on 12/08/2012 in London.

In 2017 – Brian May gave a press conference and photocall at the Frankfurt Book Fair, with support of Denis Pellerin presenting the book “Queen In 3-D (German Ed)” in a 3-D screening + Q+A, followed by Press/TV interviews. Also met Juraj, the book publisher of the Czech Republic, and Mina, translator for a Chinese edition.
