In 1967 – The Opposition played the Raven Youth Club, Thurnby Lodge, UK.
In 1973 – Queen played the County Ballroom, Taunton, UK.
In 1977 – Queen played Long Beach Arena, Long Beach, California, USA.
In 1992 – The Cross played Fan Club Xmas Party with Roger Daltrey and Tim Staffell, The Marquee Club, London, UK (1st of 2 sold-out nights).
In 2001 – ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’/’These Are The Days of Our Lives’ charted No.1 UK – royalties donated to the Terrence Higgins Trust.
In 2002 – ‘Bohemian Rhapsody” voted No.10 in The World’s Top Ten, revealed live on the internet and on BBC World Service’s “Wright Round the World” programme hosted by Steve Wright.
In 2003 – Brian May and Jimmy Page were judges for the Riffathon 2003 final, Guildford – winner 14 year-old Tommy Hubbard.
