In 1978 – Queen played Sportatorium, Miami, Florida, USA.
In 1980: Roger Taylor wrote letter for FC Xmas Magazine while he was in Mountain Studios, Montreux, Switzerland, completing “Fun In Space” album.
In 1981 – Greatest Hits released USA – track listing varied from country to country.

In 1982 – Queen played Seibu Lions Stadium, Tokorozawa, Japan – outdoor show, filmed for VHS release Japan, part appears on later “Queen On Fire” DVD. Tracks variously released over the years: ‘We Will Rock You (Fast) (Live in Tokyo, November 1982)’ 2011 News Of The World Deluxe CD;’ Calling All Girls (Live in Tokyo, November 1982)’ Queen On Fire: Live At The Bowl DVD, 2011 UK Hot Space Deluxe CD; ‘Action This Day (Live in Tokyo, November 1982’ UK 2011 Hot Space Deluxe CD.
In 1992 – Brian May Band played Pista Atlética del Estadio Nacional, Santiago De Chile, Chile, supporting Joe Cocker and The B52s.

In 1994 – Brian May travelling from Arica Hotel, Arica, Chile to altitude of 4,500 metres in the Andes for Solar Eclipse.
In 1997 – “Queen Rocks” released worldwide, including the then brand new single ‘No One But You’ and re-worked ‘I Can’t Live With You’. Brian and Roger attended press conferences in Hamburg and Cologne to promote.

In 1998 – Brian May Band played The Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow, ending the UK leg of “Another World” tour. In 1998 – Queen + Wyclef Jean (with Pras & Free) released ‘Another One Bites The DusT’ CD USA.
In 2000 – Freddie Mercury Silver award for “Mr. Bad Guy” UK sales.
In 2003 – Brian May and Roger Taylor attended premiere “We Will Rock You” musical at Calderon Theatre, Madrid, Spain. Ana Botella, Minister of Social Affairs of Madrid City Council and on arrival at the theatre, posed for photographs with the members of Queen, Ben Elton and Jim Beach.

In 2003 – Queen released “Greatest Video Hits 2” on DVD, UK. A TV ad features Brian May and Roger Taylor were cast as salesmen in a DVD store, stocking nothing other than this DVD. Rhys Thomas played the hapless customer. The video was available in a slipcase (as below) for the first 3 months from 3 November, only in the UK.

In 2012 – “The Official Top 20 Biggest Selling Groups Of All Time” announced – 1st place The Beatles with “She Loves You” (22.1 million records sold, 2nd place ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ (12.8 million records sold).
In 2013 – The LSC released a promotional video about the book “Diableries: Stereoscopic Adventures In Hell” where Brian May demonstrates the OWL 3D viewer.

In 2015 – Roger Taylor confirmed for The SAS Band Christmas Special Concert in G Live in Guildford for 05/12/2015.In 2017 – Brian visited the cast of “We Will Rock You” Budapest during rehearsals, prior to opening 24th November in the Budapest Olympic Centre.
