SYNOPSIS
Queen are one of the biggest selling bands of all time, with 18 number one albums and 18 number one singles to their name. During their peak in the 80s, few bands could fill stadiums like they could, and no other band had a frontman quite like Freddie Mercury.
This legendary concert, filmed in Montreal, is regarded as one of their all-time best performances and was the first concert ever to be filmed in full cinema format 35mm. This has made it possible for the footage to be re-mastered in Ultra HD, resulting in a crisp picture that would not have been possible in 1981 when it was shot.
As well as being visually stunning, the superb surround sound means that hits such as ‘We Will Rock You’ , ‘Another One Bites The Dust’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ have never sounded so good. As well as an enviable set-list which is all killer and zero filler, the show has a strong theatrical vibe which is rarely seen in rock concerts.
