Last night Roger Taylor attended the Foo Fighter’s concert at the Milton Keynes Bowl. Roger and Led Zeppelin bassist, John Paul Jones, were was invited on stage by Dave Grohl, to play Queen’s “Under Pressure”, as a tribute to Freddie Mercury on the occasion of his 69th birthday.

According to Consequence of Sound David Grohl told the audience: “Now look, I don’t know if y’all have ever seen a supergroup. This is a ‘superdupergroup.’ I don’t even know what to say because this kind of sh** doesn’t happen every day. Let me just tell you that the Foo Fighters, right now, are living out our rock ‘n’ roll fantasy with you tonight.”
The Foo Fighters would be playing a second show at Milton Keynes tonight, Sunday 6 September.
