– Roger talks about the album on Episode 22 of the Official Queen Podcast.
– Brian was seen wearing a News Of The World T-shirt during rehearsals in the lead up to the current North American Tour
– The Queen + Adam Lambert live show is currently celebrating the album visually and has seen the band play five tracks from the album: We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, Spread Your Wings, Get Down, Make Love and It’s Late.
– Planet Rock Magazine have run a Queen front cover and a News Of The World feature mentioning a “expanded anniversary edition.”
– The Official Freddie Mercury Birthday is to have an exclusive first viewing of the 2017 ‘News of the World’ documentary to be “released as part of the News Of The World 40th Anniversary BOX SET release that is being issued in November this year.”
– Classic Rock Magazine has also run a News Of The World front cover and feature which confirms the expanded release is on it’s way.
