All around the world on September 5, Hard Rock Cafe is celebrating Freddie Mercury’s birthday, and that includes Dubai. The late Queen singer will be remembered at the local venue through classic videos, stick-on moustaches, a plethora of Queen songs, and a live tribute band.

“‘Freddie For A Day’ promises to give visitors a rocking good time encouraging local fans to join in and dress up in their favourite Freddie costumes,” said Marc Carey, European marketing director for Hard Rock.

Fans of the legendary rock group can expect all their biggest singles, including Don’t Stop me Now, We are the Champions, Rock You and Bohemian Rhapsody. Though festivities will be ongoing throughout the day, the two-hour concert portion kicks off at 8.30pm. The event is FREE entry.
