Very sad news.
EDGAR FROESE, founder of Tangerine Dream, with whom Brian May played the Sonic Universe Concert in Tenerife, 2011, has passed away at just 70 years of age.

Dear TD Fans,
This is the saddest time in my life…
I’m so sorry to tell you that on January 20th, Tuesday afternoon, Edgar Froese, my beloved husband and best friend,
suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from the effects of a pulmonary embolism in Vienna.
I still can’t really believe this, it feels that unreal. I’m so infinitely sad.
