After signing a zillion copies of her most recent book “How Do We Look “ for her thrilled admirers, Mary was delighted to receive the latest from Dr Brian May & collaborators!
Mary Beard is a longtime Pink Floyd fan and recently bonded with David Gilmour over their Mutual Love for Pompeii! Mary even invited David to be a guest on her BBC Tv show “The Front Row”!
She’s certainly a beloved expert on The Ancient World!! Will her next conquest be the Rock World? Rock Stars fall at her feet in admiration!
As well they should!
Congrats to Mary Beard for being awarded the completely over the Top prestigious J Paul Getty Medal At quite the Posh Party Monday night at The Getty Center!!
