The eighth edition of the Starmus Festival launched in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with an ambitious opening gala, transforming the harbour district into a hub for music and science. Headlining Starmus VIII were Queen founder Sir Brian May, celebrated tenor Andrea Bocelli, and soprano Sarah Brightman. The world-class lineup delivered a collaborative performance alongside the Las Palmas Symphony Orchestra and the STARMUS All Stars Band, fusing classic rock arrangements with orchestral and operatic compositions.
