Time for some Christmas Cheer!

My lovely lady Anita opened in Pantomime last night in Richmond – to a great reception. I was there! Look!

Pantomime is of course the only kind of show where screams and shouts and booing are signs of great result! It all went very well. Anita, of course, as usual, is great as the Wicked Fairy, Carabosse, and causes great confusion singing “Don’t Stop Me Now”; they are really not sure whether to boo or cheer! Of course it all ends happily for everyone, except the Dragon! Dragon? Well, hey, it’s Panto! I have to admit feeling a little sorry for him, since he was the only one not allowed repentance … It’s great fun for kids. Tim Vine is a brilliant Jangles, living up to his reputation as the fastest joker in the Land. He is fantastic with the little kids. And there is something for all the family – a handsome heart-throb Prince with a fine voice, a delightfully winsome Princess Beauty, and a great company of toys who come to life, including a particularly adorable big Teddy Bear! … everything you need, really.

Quick! While tickets last !
