Just to follow up … I have talked with our promoters about this. It seems there is nothing that can be done to stop this awful opportunism, because there is no law against it. I understand representations have been made to the present government, but without any kind of success. Until there is a law against selling tickets for more than their face value, no action can be taken. It’s appalling ….as are many other abuses currently going on unchecked … makes you dream of a Nanny State, doesn’t it !! The man in the street is NOT being taken care of.
Apologies … I wish there was something I could do. But, since the seats sold out instantaneously, we will be looking into the possibility of adding an extra show.
