Home. All sorts of stuff that seems way too private. But some rest and required recuperation. At this point in a tour of this length you feel a bit beaten up. I took the opportunity to get a new layer of Powder Gel on these nails. Not pretty but I’m pretty sure they’ll see me through now. Don’t make me show you what they used to look like after 2 months on the road before I discovered this rock hard material ! This stuff has saved my life. I’ll have to write a book some day about what a guitarist has to do to survive out there !
London ! No matter how much you tell yourself it’s just another (three) gigs, it’s a different feeling. Home town. And it’s a capital city in every sense. Somehow it demands extra attention. It’s a challenge.
