In 2012 – Brian May visited the Norman Lockyer Observatory Centenary celebrations to formally open their new Connaught Dome. The dome housed a 20″ Reflector and will be a great asset. In 2013 – We Will Rock You 10th Anniversary World Arena Tour, Arena Armeets, Sofia, final Bulgarian show.
In 2014 – A Press Release announced the return of Queen to Australia after nearly 30 years, with Queen + Adam Lambert playing the “The Once In A Lifetime Tour” – with concerts in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane between 22 August and 1 September 2014.
In 2015 – The Freddie Mercury wax figure from Madame Tussauds Vienna was to be exhibited in the “Eurovision Village” Town Hall Square on occasion of the first semi-final of the “Eurovision Song Contest”.
In 2018: Actor, Gwilym Lee, spoke to the Canberra Times about saying “Yes” to Brian May role in “Bohemian Rhapsody” LINK HERE
In 2020: Queen were able to reveal they would be opening Queen Elizbeth II’s Platinum Jubilee “Party At the Palace”.
