In 1973 – Queen played The Marquee Club, London, UK.
In 1982 – Queen played Garden, Boston, Massachusetts, USA and the Mayor of Boston proclaimed this an official Queen Day in the city.
In 1982 – Billy Squier “Emotions In Motion” album released, Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor providing backing vocal to the title track. Emotions In Motion
In 2009 – As LJMU Chancellor, Brian May stayed on from previous day for a 2nd graduation ceremony.

Brian also opened a new Media Centre, John Moores University, Liverpool, UK, and gave an an impromptu performance.

Metropolis posterIn 2012 – Georgio Moroder’s newly restored “Metropolis” movie released on DVD and Limited Edition Steelbook DVD released, which included Freddie Mercury’s ‘Love Kills’.
In 2010 – Brian May and Elena Vidal held “A Village Lost and Found” presentation and book signing in the “Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium”, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York, USA.

In 2012: The recently restored Georgio Moroder’s “Metropolis” film was released as DVD and Limited Edition Steelbook DVD. The soundtrack included Freddie Mercury’s solo track, ‘Love Kills’.
In 2014 – John Deacon was voted by the readers of “NME” in the “40 Greatest Of Bassists Of All Time” poll.

In 2014 – Queen + Adam Lambert live at the IZOD Center, East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA. A Rock version of ‘I Was Born To Love You’ was rehearsed during the soundcheck.

In 2016 – Brian May announced he was working on the “360 Virtual Reality Queen + Adam Lambert Barcelona Experience”. The “Google Bohemian Rhapsody Virtual Reality Clip” was to be released soon in co-operation with Google.
