In 2016: Media launch at the Dolby Theatre London, Brian May introduced the “OWL VR Smartphone Kit” he developed, a virtual reality and 3-D stereo image viewer for the smartphone. “The OWL VR Smartphone Kit” to be available from mid June 2016 at The London Stereoscopic Company.
In 2017: Brian May published a video with his personal opinion on the bombing at the Ariana Grande concert, Manchester Arena. The attack killed 22 people, including many children and adolescents and 59 others injured.
In 2017: “Queen In 3-D” Press Launch at the Century Club, Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho, London. Many unique pieces from Brian May’s personal Memorabilia Collection, including the legendary “News Of The World” robot exhibited. Brian May spoke about Manchester Arena attack and held a minute’s silence. Afterward, Brian gave a presentation of the “Queen, 3-D” book, utilising projector and 3-D glasses.
