In 1975 – Queen played first of two shows Odeon, Birmingham, UK.
In 1979 – Queen played the Hippodrome, Bristol, UK – rehearsal of “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” filmed for BBC Tonight programme.
In 1980 – Queen played Wembley Arena, London, UK – all lights went down at one point and just one spotlight remaining as Queen played Imagine as a tribute to John Lennon, assassinated the previous evening.
In 1984 – Freddie recorded demo “Love Makin’ Love” demo, Musicland Studio, Munich, Germany, appears on Freddie Mercury “Solo Collection” Ltd Ed.

In 1991 – AA-side Queen20 “Bohemian Rhapsody”/“These Are The Days of Our Lives” single released.
In 2002 – Queen received 7x Platinum award for ‘Greatest Hits’ US sales.
In 2010 – Press release, stating re-release of “Greatest Hits” and “Greatest Hits II” by Island Records would be announced as the start of the “Queen40” anniversary year 2011.
In 2010 – Brian May is guest at the opening night of “Sleeping Beauty”, Richmond Theater, Richmond. Anita Dobson plays the lead role.
In 2010 – Press Night of “We Will Rock You Tour 2010/2011” Palace Theatre, Manchester with a new cast, performing there until 10.01.2011.
In 2009 – Brian May on Alan Titchmarsh Show recorded in front of a live audience – for transmission next day.
In 2011 – Brian May, a surprise guest appearance at Mel C’s solo concert, at the Scala, London, UK, joining her for ‘One Vision’.
In 2012 – Sir Patrick Moore, Brian May’s close friend and co-author, died of natural causes, aged 89, at his home in Selsey, West Sussex, UK, in the presence of Brian May and other close friends and his beloved cat, Ptolemy.
