The wonderful Queen Laser show “Queen Heaven – The Original” opened in Kiel, Germany on 4 April, at the Mediendom of the Fachhochschule Kiel.

From 4 April, the full dome show “Queen Heaven – The Original” in Mediendom the Fachhochschule Kiel will be showing for at least one year.

The Jena planetarium 2013 version has been revised. Over 120,000 movie clips have been rearranged for the new digital technology.  This unique new compilation has been specially reworked for the Kiel Planetarium, not stripped-down, but an advanced. And just to be seen in Kiel.

As an audio-visual tribute to the British band Queen of Mediendom the Fachhochschule Kiel presents (FH Kiel) from Friday, April 4, 2014, the show “Queen Heaven – The Original”.

The special feature of this production is the combination of original image and film materials in a 360-degree staging, so Mediendom Director Edward Thomas. “Guests can hits like Bohemian Rhapsody’, ‘Radio Gaga’ and’ We Are The Champions’ enjoy and feel back at the same time in time.”

“Queen Heaven – The Original” was the Zeiss Planetarium Jena and is based on a show from 2001, which was created with the participation of Queen guitarist Brain May for the Munich Planetarium in the forum of the art. “The show is with us for years a crowd favorite,” says Jürgen Hellwig, director of the Zeiss planetarium. “In the elaborate additional scenes that we have produced recently for the digital fulldome format, many suggestions from our visitors have been incorporated. I am very pleased that this extended version will now be visible in Kiel. “
