BBC – People’s History of Pop

|

People's History of Pop logo

The BBC is collecting personal photos, ticket stubs, teen diary entries, and more to tell the stories of British rock & pop music from the fifties to the noughties. And we need Queen fans to send us their memories!

What was your favourite Queen gig? Did you see Queen play live at Knebworth or at Live Aid? How did the band inspire you?

If you still have the memorabilia in your attic, under your bed or in the recesses of your computer, dig it out and go to www.phop.co.uk. Follow the instructions to upload your piece to our Historypin project page.

We’ll be making a television series for BBC FOUR, featuring the best of what’s been uploaded to the site.

You can also get more info on the project at bbc.co.uk/peoplespop
