In 2016 we are celebrating Freddie Mercury’s 70th birthday!
The official birthday party takes place in Montreux and we will be celebrating as only he would! As part of these year long celebrations The Mercury Phoenix Trust has come up with another way to raise funds!
Can you raise 70 pounds, dollars, euros or yen in the lead up to Freddie’s birthday on the 5th September? Can you, as an individual or as a group, raise ’70’ of your local currency for Freddie in his 70th year? You can do anything you like to raise funds, just do it in the spirit of Freddie and have some fun! PLUS you don’t have to do it all in one go – you can spread out your fundraising across the year from now until the end of 2016!
All we ask is when you have hit your target – let us know – send us a photo or video and tell us how you did it and we’ll share your story!
