In the Opening Parade – Thursday 28 July 2022 – Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The English team entered the stadium to the strains of ‘We Will Rock You’ with customary arms aloft and hand claps. Seemed the whole stadium joined in. Heart-warming… motivating… magnificent!
