Brian May makes a special guest appearance on the new album For the Dark by Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi, contributing to the track ‘Death Wake ’. The album is out now, bringing together another exciting collaboration between two legendary guitarists.
Brian and Tony have a long-standing musical friendship, having previously collaborated on Black Sabbath’s 1989 album Headless Cross, with Brian contributing a memorable guitar solo to ‘When Death Calls’. The pair also worked together on Tony’s 2000 solo album Iommi. Tony, of course, also played at The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in 1992.
