King Saint Stephen, first king of Hungary, born 977, died 1038 AD. Fabulous statue in Buda. Seen today just before sunset. Did you know this ? The fact that his horse has all 4 hoofs on the ground signifies that King Stephen did not die in battle. I only know because my dear friend Shir, with a lifetime passion for horses, told me.
