And in 3-D ! These night-time clouds are quite rare and beautiful. They form around 80 km up at the very top of the atmosphere, so high that the Sun’s rays can light them up even though the Sun is well below the horizon. They only seem to occur around this time of year, and can be seen an hour or so after sunset or an hour or so before sunrise. Having worked to finish the Mission Moon 3-D until about 2 am, seeing this display was a great reward ! Beauty.

It’s a wrap ! I don’t even know what time it was … but MISSION MOON 3-D is now complete and ready to head over to the printers ! Whoopee !!! It’s ended up possibly the most fascinating book we’ve done so far at the LSC ( London Stereoscopic Company). Expect MM3-D to hit the streets in October !!!
