At the end of 2014 we [EF] launched our first ever readers’ poll of the year asking you to vote for your favourites in 15 categories.
The results are now in and we can reveal that singer and actor Adam Lambert leads the winners topping four categories – Favourite Singer, Favourite Band (with Queen), Favourite TV Actor and Sexiest Man – whilst The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence picked up Favourite Film Actress and Sexiest Woman.
Lawrence’s latest movie, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, picked up Favourite Film and you chose Johnny Depp as your Favourite Film Actor.
Elsewhere in the poll you voted Ed Sheeran’s x as Favourite Album, Queen/Freddie Mercury’s Love Kills (a new version of which was included on 2014 Queen release Forever) as Favourite Song and Wicked as Favourite Theatre Show.
In the TV categories it wasn’t only good news for Adam Lambert, who guest starred in Glee, as Miranda Hart picked up Favourite TV Actress and The Big Bang Theory picked up Favourite TV Show.
In the video game categories PS4 was crowned by you as Favourite Game Console and Assassin’s Creed Unity picked up Favourite Video Game.
