North American syndicated Rock radio programme InTheStudio with Redbeard is celebrating the 35th anniversary of QUEEN The Game next week.
The programme will consist of archival interviews with Brian May and Roger Taylor speaking about this hugely successful 1980 album.
Queen legitimately ascended the throne as Biggest Band in the World in music sales upon the release of The Game thirty-five Summers ago. “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” was already #1 in America by the time the finished album hit the streets, with the album almost immediately to follow containing “Play the Game” ,the blistering studio jam “Dragon Attack“, the surprise crossover hit “Another One Bites the Dust”, ”Need Your Loving Tonight”, and the under-appreciated “Sail Away Sweet Sister“.
