BRIAN MAY BEING CHECKED FOR CANCER
Queen guitarist Brian May has undergone some tests to reveal whether or not he has cancer. A post on the rocker’s website says he went into the hospital after suffering severe back pain. Doctors performed “blood tests, ultrasounds and various types of scans” that revealed some bone abnormalities, but no cancer, however they want to be sure Brian is cancer-free. May wrote that he’s seen many “dear friends fighting” the disease and lost his dad to it when his father was 66, which is how old Brian is now, so he said the last few days he’s been in “various states of unrest.” However, his doctors have given Brian “permission to be optimistic.” Stay up to date at BrianMay.com.
