“Now I like to do my bit to support cancer charities. We’ve started an annual gig called Rock Against Cancer. We’ve had, among others, The Boomtown Rats, Brian May, Midge Ure and 10CC perform and on May 30 The Sweet are appearing. In the three years we’ve been running the gig, we’ve raised £100,000.
“When I’m not working I enjoy watching sport and fly-fishing and I feel extremely lucky to still be involved in the music business after all these years.”
