Russ Ballard has written some of the most iconic rock tracks of the past four decades.
The list of artists, other than himself, to have recorded his songs includes: Kiss, Rainbow, Skindred, Three Dog Night, Santana, Hot Chocolate, Roger Daltrey, America, Elkie Brooks, Agneyha Falltkog and Anni-Frid Lynstad from ABBA, Colin Blunstone, Ace Frehley, The Sweet, Bay City Rollers, Barry Ryan and The Shadows, to name but a few.
A great raconteur with many interesting and funny stories, Russ will be taking questions from the audience, as well as playing some of his hits acoustically and explaining how they came to be written.
