Most arenas in most cities we play are circular or elliptical – but this one is roughly square – inside and out – which you might think wouldn’t work so well, but actually it’s been so well designed it’s a great place to play, with a kind of intimacy and great sound for a room of this size. It also has a great feel as far as decor, and behind the scenes it’s got to be the best backstage area ever. Lots of Van Goghs on the walls !!! Always one of our favourite places to play.
Our Dutch audiences are great too !!! We’re expecting a noisy crowd tonight !!! We will be noisy too !
This afternoon we’ve been doing a couple of extra bits of filming … so it’s a busy day. Rock !!!
