In 2007 – Brian May and Roger Taylor attended opening of We Will Rock You : The Musical Madrid, and revealed Queen + Paul Rodgers were recording an album.

For the new project Brian May and Kerry Ellis had recorded the song “Born Free”, to be released in 2012. The song was arranged and produced by Brian May.
