In 2009 – Brian May + Roger Taylor performed with the touring cast, We Will Rock You Musical, Birmingham Hippodrome, Birmingham, UK. There was an unfortunate mishap, when Roger’s moving drum riser caught Brian on the back of his leg.

In 2016 – “Wintershall Charity Rock Concert” took place at Wintershall, Bramley, Surrey. The “2016 Band Du Lac Line-Up” comprised Roger Taylor, Jeff Beck, Mike & The Mechanics, Kenney Jones, Procul Harum, The Darkness (including Rufus Taylor on drums), Steve Harley, Spike Edney & The SAS Band and The Fabbagirls.
