In 1971 – John Deacon met student, Veronica Tetzlaff at a disco, Maria Assumpta Teacher Training College.
In 1974 – Queen played Douglas Palace Lido, Isle of Man, UK.
In 1976 – Queen played Kyuden Kinen Taikukan (Gymnasium), Fukuoka, Japan (2 shows)
In 1986 – Roger Taylor began work with Magnum on their “Vigilante” album in Montreux, co-producing with David Richards + bvs on “When The World Comes Down” and “Sometime Love”.

In 1986 – John Deacon recorded “No Turning Back” with The Immortals for Biggles movie.
In 1990 – The Cross released Mad, Bad And Dangerous To Know (UK).
In 1993 – The Brian May Band played Saskatchewan Place, Saskatoon, Canada. 
In 1996 – Queen awarded Gold for Made In Heaven sales (USA).
In 2002 – Brian May, Roger Taylor, Robert De Niro (Tribeca Theatrical Productions) and Ben Elton Press Conference for “We Will Rock You – The Musical”, Dominion Theatre, London, UK, announcing May 14 opening.

In 2006 – Queen + Paul Rodgers played the Xcel Energy Center, S. Paul, Minnesota, USA.
In 2007 – LJMU announced new Honorary Fellowships for 2007, including Brian May as a recipient for his contribution to public understanding of science at 19 July ceremony Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.
In 2007 – A Press Release announced Queen had helped create a majestic score to MacGillvray Freeman Films’ “The Alps” [Blu-ray], Brian May playing throughout.

In 2008 – Brian May confirmed as Chancellor Liverpool John Moores University, to be formally appointed 14 April at George’s Hall, Liverpool.

In 2009 – Brian May and Roger Taylor joined “We Will Rock You” cast first-night encore of ‘Bo Rhap, Palace Theatre, Manchester. Attending Robbie Williams, Ant McPartlin, and Patrick McGuinness, plus Coronation Street stars supporting Kevin Kennedy, ageing rocker ‘Pop’.
In 2010 – Kerry Ellis “Anthems” EPK released.

In 2012 – “The Scotsman” reported Brian May gave blessing for Tripping up Trump campaigners’ spoof video, protesting golf resort plans for Aberdeenshire coast. The video featured Spitting Image-style Donald Trump puppet singing ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ parody, with lines like, “I’m just a rich kid, I’m no nonentity”.

In 2014 – Queen and Adam Lambert added an extra 5 dates to their Summer Tour: Boston, East Rutherford, Uncasville, Atlantic City and Toronto.

Brian May

In 2015 – Roger Taylor and Brian May paid tribute to their long-serving manager, Jim Beach, for “being the glue that’s held the band together for 40 years” (said Roger) at Artist and Manager Awards, The Troxy, Stepney, London, presented Jim with the Peter Grant award, named after the late Yardbirds and Led Zeppelin manager, and awarded for outstanding achievement.
