Generous Londoners gave more than £13,000 to homeless charity St Mungo’s when it held its Woolly Hat Day appeal. T

he annual event on January 29 saw people collecting money for the Shepherd’s Bush based charity at Tube stations throughout the capital.

The money will be added to its Celebrity Hat Auction, which took place during the last week in January, with proceeds from this are still being counted. MORE
