A Diablerie is a special kind of stereo card with images of the underworld on them. Between Brian May, Denis Pellerin & Paula Fleming they have found all but two of the Diableries cards in existence and have brought them to the 21st century in this book “Diableries: Stereoscopic Adventures in Hell“, published by The London Stereoscopic Company. The reader is taken on a dark journey to a fantastic imaginary underworld of devils, satyrs and skeletons. Brian and his coauthors explore the magic stereo photography and the meaning of the image on each card is interpreted.
We want to see scary faces, weird colour tints, strange and eerie doubles. Get creative and good luck!
