YES !!! Well done Sebastien. It is perhaps a measure of how right you are that this man and this period in French history has been largely forgotten that you are our ONLY correspondent to identify this man – who is indeed Napoléon III. This will be one of the great features of the Diableries book … that it illuminates many of the issues of this piece of history. THANKS !
