18.01 Farmer chap here had a reactor cow in his heard – massive stress. DEFRA forced him to slaughter it. Was found to be perfectly healthy. – BUT DEFRA still shut his farm down for 120 days. COWS get stressed by the skin test too. Stress makes animals vulnerable to TB. It’s INSANE.
