QUEEN BUDAPEST: Watch ‘Tie Your Mother Down’

The next exclusive track to be taken from Queen Budapest is Tie Your Mother Down, which can be seen and heard here. Written by Brian May, Tie Your Mother Down is the opening track and second single from Queen’s fifth studio album, A Day At The Races, which celebrates its 50th anniversary later this year. The powerful rocker has been a live favourite since its release and has never left Queen’s live set. Brian and Queen drummer Roger Taylor have since performed the track with the late Jeff Beck at a celebration for Freddie Mercury’s 65th birthday and three separate times with Foo Fighters, firstly at Queen’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, at the VH1 Rock Honours and as an encore at the Foo Fighters Hyde Park show in 2016.
