One lonely helicopter on Mars ! This is the Perseverance Rover’s view of the helicopter INGENUITY which it has just deployed ready for launch – the first time such a flight will ever have taken place on another world. Swipe for parallel, cross-eyed and Anaglyph views. You’ll need your red and green spectacles for the Anaglyph if you have them handy. These images were taken by the Navigation camera (Navcam) and meticulously stitched together by Claudia Manzoni before some pruning and polishing by myself. I think these are the first stereos anyone has published, although the raw images are all available on the Perseverance public site – link in my Slink ! Mars Rocks !
