PS the SF is still not completed, of course. But at least they’re not building a basement !! Ha ha.
And the Torre Agbar – the Agbar Tower – looks a lot like London’s Gherkin – but this one rises in more or less free space – not surrounded by the mess of ugly stuff they have crammed into London’s skyline.
